Shipping and delivering your order

Colissimo: the one and only carrier!

Emmanuelle Zysman's online boutique chose Colissimo for worldwide deliveries.

Every order is registered online through the Colissimo website dispatched each morning. 

This procedure enables the client to:

- Receive an email from Colissimo confirming the delivery

- Track the parcel on line at colissimo.fr

We have a long relationship with Colissimo and delays or package loss is extremely rare.

INSURANCE

Insurance is included in the shipping cost. It represents an additional cost of €1 to €3 depending on the destination and value of the order.

If you do not receive your items, there is a simple procedure enabling you to re-order. In that case, we will ship your order a second time without delay or offer a full refund.

TREATMENTS DELIVERIES

We process your orders within 48 hours during working days: Tuesday to Friday./p>

DELIVERIES

Following are the average delivery times we've experienced with Colissimo:

France : 2 to 3 days

Capitals and major cities are particularly well serviced.

Note: Colissimo doesn't insure these delivery times and appeals can only be lodged after a three week delay.

We can not change the destination or cancel the order once the package has been sent.

PACKAGING

Your purchase will be wrapped as if you had bought it in our store : Emmanuelle Zysman's black box or bag, business card, a certificate for exchange (30days), and an invoice. 

Your jewellery is then bubble wrapped and descretly packed in an unmarked envelope to help prevent damage and theft. 

INVOICE AND VAT

VAT is clearly indicated on the invoice. According to international law, VAT is paid in the country of origin. Customs laws in the destination country may NOT require additional taxes or duties to be paid. 

DELIVERY

You will be required to sign for receipt of your purchase. In some cases, the package can be received by a nominated neighbor or caretaker. Otherwise a card will be left at the delivery address with noting a local post office from which the parcel can be picked up.
